These terms refer to the TelePeças platform and are intended for the purchase and sale of auto parts.
The Terms and Conditions stipulate the conditions under which the services of TelePeças, Auto Parts Information Service, Lda are provided and define the rules of use of the individuals or entities enrolled in such services.
The provision of the services of TelePeças, Lda is dependent on the full acceptance of these conditions, so any user who does not agree or does not undertake to behave in accordance with them may not use these services.
Interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is exclusive to TelePeças, Lda, which reserves the right to modify them at any time.
TelePeças, Lda strives to provide all services correctly, however, not only depends on the proper functioning of the platform, but reserves the right to temporarily interrupt its services for technical reasons beyond its control.
TelePeças is governed by the fairness of its business relationships, underlying good behavior and principles of good faith in the use of its platform, expecting, allowing and only allowing its users to do so.
TelePeças follows all applicable requirements and laws that apply to the auto parts industry.
Minimizes risks for buyers and sellers.
Ensures that there is no unfair use in the transaction.
Guarantees secure purchase if the buyer opts for secure payment: the price paid is retained at TelePeças until delivery of the part, following the rules stipulated in these terms.
It creates a pleasant experience in buying used auto parts online.
Protects all intellectual property rights.
TelePeças guarantees the fulfillment of its obligations under these terms.
The rules imposed on the TelePeças platform are imposed by TelePeças Lda forcing customers to use the platform, accept and comply with them.
In compliance with legal provisions and under the right of information, TelePeças makes available to the purchasers an appraisal fact sheet covering several criteria, each with a rating of up to 5 stars, in order to be able to evaluate the service that has been assigned to it provided by the seller (evaluation that will occur at the end of each purchase).
The TelePeças platform offers the following parts purchase and sale services:
- 1 - Online Store - includes shopping cart and order cart.
- 2 - Request for quotation service - requests to the network.
- 3 - Other services - includes services of TelePeças partners, whose responsibility and operating rules are attributed to them.
Sellers
Promotion, advertising and sale through stock ads and sale through tickets (orders) taking to the network on the platform, as well as other TelePeças partner services.
The promotion and advertising of ads will be available in the reserved area and in the public area as long as they meet the requirements imposed by TelePeças.

Buyers
Search, find and buy used auto parts covering 3 modes:
1 - Shopping Cart
- Follows the rules imposed by TelePeças described in these terms of use.
2 - Order Cart
- Follows the rules imposed by TelePeças described in these terms of use.
3- Request for quote
- This is the completion of a form specifying the parts that the customer needs and will be sent to sellers.
The memberships are valid for the period subscribed by the user, as long as they are accepted by TelePeças.
TelePeças, Lda is an information and promotion center for the purchase and sale of parts, spare parts and salvage cars, providing an online platform where users can market their products directly with each other.
The available services are classified by type:
- 1- Seller - duly legalized used parts houses, with customer service counter and with CAE for trade of used auto parts.
- 1.1 - Premium Seller - Intended for customers with Athena stock management and commercial management software or similar software duly approved by TelePeças and minimum inventory of 5,000 pieces. Offers unlimited shopping cart and order cart ads, receives all budget requests made on the network by mapping and responding with the requested parts according to existing stock, used parts search and location (buying and selling used parts ).
- Premium Seller service maintenance and renewal condition:
- Dispute resolution within 48 hours.
- Respond to customer requests by meeting the times described in the terms.
- Low level of failed sales, not exceeding 0.5% of total sales.
- Compliance with legal guarantees.
- Smoothness in contacts and negotiations with Telepeças clients.
- 1.2 - Seller Pro - Designed for all customers who meet the minimum seller requirements. It includes unlimited order cart ads, receives all budget requests made on the network mapping and responding with the requested parts according to existing stock and used parts search and location (buying and selling used parts).
- 1.3 - Classic Seller - Intended for all customers that meet the minimum requirements to sell in TelePecas. Receives budget requests from clients except Zero and Private Professionals.
- 2 - Professional - All automotive professionals.
- 2.1 - Professional Pro - Includes 50 monthly ads for auto parts in order basket, receives all requests for quotations made in the network that exist in the published stock and search and location of used auto parts (buying and selling used auto parts)
- 2.2 - Professional - Search and find used auto parts (buy used auto parts)
- 2.3 - Professional Zero - Search and locate used auto parts (purchase of used auto parts). This category only covers Secure Payment - see secure payment terms. It is intended for international customers and protocols established by TelePeças.
- 3- Private - Any citizen over 18 with capacity and personality who wants to buy used auto parts.
- 3.1 - TelePeças, Lda is not responsible for any act performed by the user that does not have personality or ability to perform the respective act.
The entities, which meet the conditions of trade of auto parts used, imposed and required by TelePeças, namely, legal entity, with CAE of activity for trade of parts and obligatoriness of a physical space open to the public intended exclusively for the activity and duly authorized. by the competent authorities.
Any automotive professional wishing to buy and sell that meets the conditions imposed and required by TelePeças.
Access to the reserved area always depends on analysis and verification by TelePeças, which is responsible for validating the respective access and password assignment inherent to the subscribed service.
Any entity may correspond to only one registration, and exceptionally TelePeças, Lda may authorize more than one registration.
The registrations are personal and non-transferable, being the holder of the same solely responsible for the actions taken with their registration.
TelePeças, Lda is not responsible for any act performed by the user that does not have personality or ability to perform the respective act.
TelePeças Lda may at any time and whenever it sees fit, without justification, suspend, delete and block each and every customer.
TelePeças reserves the right to change, restrict access to services or features, temporarily or permanently suspend access to the reserved area, when TelePeças rules are not complied with and if there are late payments and / or abusive user behavior. , as well as whenever the good name of TelePeças is concerned.
In case of improper use, as well as any violation of the conditions imposed by TelePeças and underlying these terms, implies to the user, the immediate cancellation of the service and the payment of the amount of 20.000,00 € (twenty thousand euros) of criminal clause.
Adherence to these terms implies acceptance and subscription of payment of the amount corresponding to the service that the customer has subscribed to.
The payment of the service will be the constant in the customer's reserved area and overwritten by the same.
- TPPay (TelePeças Payment Service): Multibanco, Visa, Mastercard, MBWay, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard Debit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, VPay.
- Bank transfer
- Direct debit
The change in the prices of subscribed services and the management of transport modules and administrative costs, requires prior notice, announced in the reserved area at least 30 days prior to the date on which it takes effect, and is accepted. by the user if he says nothing within that period.
TelePeças reserves the right to suspend or exclude any customer permanently or temporarily from any type, when it calls into question:
- The good name of TelePeças;
- The smooth operation of the Telepeças platform;
- Do not follow the good rules of business relations;
- Sales or purchases failed repeatedly;
- Outdated and fake stock;
- False information;
- Excessive complaints from users;
- Any other reason that, after analysis by Telepeças, understands it.
- Suspension may cover all or part of the service, at the discretion of TelePeças in each specific case.
TelePeças reserves the right to lock and unlock accounts.
The unlocking of accounts is at the discretion of TelePeças.
Activation of a blocked account can only occur after the full payment of the amounts due, plus € 50.00 as account management expenses.
1 - Parts Seller Responsibility:
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to:
- To assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the reserved area data, the published stocks, the content of the ads and their appropriation, as well as the information provided to the users, being responsible to TelePeças and third parties for any damage caused.
- Keep confidential the data of access to your registration in TelePeças, Lda, assuming full responsibility for actions taken with that same registration, even by third parties, with or without your authorization;
- Parts sellers are required to comply with all legal standards for the sale of used parts online and to provide legal warranty for all parts they publish and sell on the TelePeças platform.
- To comply fully with the rules set forth in Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February in the applicable part (See Decree Law).
- Commit to sell only the parts you own and are the legitimate owner of, and will be responsible for all damages caused by the falseness of such elements.
- It is the responsibility of the seller to follow and comply with all standards set by TelePeças.
- It is the responsibility of the seller to pay the fees due in the event of cancellation of the sale.
- The seller assumes responsibility for paying half of the shipping costs in the event of a failed sale, the responsibility of which cannot be imputed to either the seller or the buyer.
- It is the responsibility of the seller to update the transportation calculation table namely the weight, height, length and width of the parts's ads.
- It is the responsibility of the seller when using the TPGo tool associated with their shopping cart or budgeting, to identify the necessary elements for the calculation of transport quotations namely weight, height, length and width of the parts for any sale, assuming any damages that may eventually occur. cause to third parties.
- Seller is responsible for the shipping values displayed to buyers on the platform.
- The sellers of parts are obliged in case of return of the part under the decree of law 24/2014 of 14 February, to make the full return of the order value except the shipping value, by bank transfer within 48h upon receipt and verification of the goods.
- In the event of a failed sale which is attributable to the seller, the seller assumes full responsibility for the payment of transport and administrative costs related to the sale.
- It is the responsibility of the sellers in case of sale failed due to the fact attributable to the same, proceed to the collection of the part within 24 hours.
2 - Liability of parts buyers:
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to:
- Take full responsibility for the accuracy of the placeholder data as well as the information provided to sellers.
- Keep confidential the data of access to your registration in TelePeças, Lda, assuming full responsibility for actions taken with that same registration, even by third parties, with or without your authorization;
- Inform the seller regarding the service provided with / or without prior express consent by the consumer pursuant to article 15 of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February in the applicable part (See Decree Law).
- Make all reliable statements to the seller.
- The buyer assumes responsibility for paying half of the shipping costs in the event of a failed sale and the responsibility of which cannot be imputed to either the seller or the buyer.
- It undertakes to indicate personal data and their correct address, being responsible for all damages caused by the falseness of such elements.
- Respect and ensure the proper functioning of the TelePeças platform.
- Act in your business relationship with true posture of the facts practiced.
- It is the responsibility of the buyers to bear the cost of transport if the sale is not realized for reasons imputed to it.
- When applying Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, the buyer must notify TelePeças and the seller of their intention to return the part, assuming all costs inherent to transportation and their fees.
- The buyer will bear the administrative costs for each sale made.
- In the event of a failed sale due to a fact attributable to the buyer, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the payment of transport and administrative costs related to the sale.
- It is the responsibility of the buyers in the event of a sale due to a fact attributable to the same, to deliver the parts within 24 hours.
- The buyer, under the decree of Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, accepts that the seller checks the part to return to find out any violation of the material, which if not, will receive the full value of the order except the value of shipping .
The placement of the ads is the sole responsibility of the sellers without any interference from Telepeças, Lda.
Telepeças, Lda reserves the right to verify, validate and withdraw all ads placed on the platform that do not comply with the rules imposed, namely:
- Ads may not contain seller advertising (like logos, telephone, website,...).
- You may not have any website information, telephone, email and other personal data.
- You will not be able to sell/advertise fake or inappropriate photo content.
Follow TelePeças' purchase and sales rules.
The request is made through a form, which must be completed according to the rules established in it.
Orders placed in the public or reserved area of Professional Zero customers are sent to Premium Sellers and Pro Sellers, and sellers are responsible for responding to them.
Orders placed in the reserved area are sent to all typologies in the seller category and Professionals Pro who have ads that match the orders placed.
The negotiation is always made between buyer and seller, without any interference from TelePeças, Lda.
The contents of the orders are intended only for auto parts referring to the model / brand / year selected, and other content is not allowed, otherwise the mail and phone are considered abusive (SPAM), being blocked for future orders.
1 - Sale through the shopping cart of parts of Portuguese sellers
- The seller advertises on the TelePeças platform the part he intends to sell with all conditions imposed and required by TelePeças.
- The buyer places the part or pieces in the shopping cart, pays the total amount of the purchase including the postage and the administrative cost (VAT included).
- Payment will be made through TPPay (TelePeças Payment Service): Multibanco, Visa, Mastercard, MBWay, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard Debit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, VPay - for TelePeças (TelePeças Secure Payment - see secure payment terms) .
- The seller is notified of the payment (TelePeças platform notification in their reserved area, as well as by the email in the register).
- The seller within 8 working hours sends the buyer, accompanied by the invoice / receipt, to the address indicated by the buyer in the purchase process, entering the code provided by the carrier that identifies the shipping process. When the carrier has no protocol with the company that validates the code, the seller undertakes to prove the shipment of the part, enclosing in pdf the proof of shipment and the invoice / receipt (in the proper area) that must be must be sent to Telepeças and customer.
- If the piece is not sent, the seller must inform TelePeças by email that it will not send the piece.
- TelePeças delivers to the seller, the amount of the sale value of the part and shipping cost if it is borne by the seller, after 4 business days from the date of shipment (mainland purchases).
- TelePeças delivers to the seller, the amount of the value of the sale of the part and cost of transportation if it is borne by the seller between 15 and 30 days from the date of shipment (purchases autonomous and international regions).
- Note: The amounts to be delivered will be deducted from the payment management cost and the transport module management fee and administrative costs.
- Exception: The provisions of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February in the applicable part (See Decree Law), in which case TelePeças will be the depositary of the amount paid up to 15 days.
1.1-Request for technical information:
When the ad does not adequately clarify the buyer regarding references, codes, compatibilities, other technical information.
The buyer requests via platform a clarification request about the ad.
The seller responds by clarifying the buyer's questions.
TelePeças mediates communication.
2 - Sale via Cart:
2.1-Booking request:
- Buyer requests availability information.
- Seller has 4 business hours to respond to the availability request.
- If the answer is yes, the piece is reserved and the buyer, willing, proceeds with the tool available on the platform within 16 working hours.
- Upon award, the buyer has 8 hours to make the payment by TPPay (TelePeças Payment Service): ATM, Visa, Mastercard, MBWay, American Express, Maestro, MasterCard Debit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, VPay for TelePeças (Secure Payment - see secure payment terms).
- The seller is notified of the payment (TelePeças platform notification in their reserved area, as well as by the email in the register).
- The seller within 8 working hours sends the buyer, accompanied by the invoice / receipt, to the address indicated by the buyer in the purchase process, entering the code provided by the carrier that identifies the shipping process. - The seller assumes the initial payment to the carrier of the shipping cost. (Amount you will receive from TelePeças after sale is completed).
- Note: The amounts to be delivered will be deducted from the payment management cost and the transport module management fee and administrative costs.
- Exception: The provisions of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February in the applicable part (See Decree Law), in which case TelePeças will be the depositary of the amount paid up to 15 days. Except for purchases made to Classic Sellers.
2.2-Request for technical information:

3- Budget request to the TelePeças network
- The buyer makes a budget request to the network.
- Sellers who own the requested parts respond on a budget, which includes the amount of shipping and their fees.
- After submitting a quote, the contact of the buyer is displayed for the seller solely for technical reasons.
- The buyer awards a budget.
- Payment will be made directly to TelePeças, except in the Portuguese territory of the Classic Seller category where payment is made directly to the seller.
- The seller within 8 business hours sends the part to the buyer, accompanied by their invoice / receipt, to the address indicated by the seller in the purchase process.
- TelePeças delivers to the seller, the amount of the sale value of the part and shipping cost, after 4 business days from the date of dispatch (purchases in the Portuguese mainland)
- TelePeças delivers to the seller, the amount of the sale value of the part and shipping cost, between 15 and 30 days from the date of shipment (purchases autonomous and international regions).
- Note: The amounts to be delivered will be deducted from the payment management cost and the transport module management fee and administrative costs.
- Exception: The provisions of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February in the applicable part (See Decree Law), in which case TelePeças will be the depositary of the amount paid up to 15 days.
- The rules of sale described above change when transport by TelePeças partners, called TPGo, is used and is governed by the following rules:
- TelePeças makes available to all customers tables from various partners that transport sold parts, called TPGo.
- This service is optional.
- The seller undertakes to place in each ad the correct weight and volume of the same, being responsible for any and all errors that may occur.
- If the seller or buyer chooses this service:
- The seller will have 8 working hours to make the sold part available to the carrier.
- The seller is obliged to inform TelePeças that the part is available for dispatch in order to be ordered by clicking on the button “Request Transport”.
- The seller undertakes to provide, upon request by the transport partner, an identification document in the order (document provided by the TelePeças platform).
- In the event of failed sales, it follows the regime described above with the exception of shipping value.
- Note: These general rules apply to both domestic and international customers.
4 - Secure Payment
- TelePeças guarantees the delivery of parts up to 4 business days after the date of shipment in sales between mainland Portugal and Spain customers.
- TelePeças guarantees the delivery of parts between 7 and 10 business days after the date of dispatch in sales between customers from mainland Portugal and the autonomous regions Madeira and Azores.
- TelePeças guarantees the delivery of parts within 15 days after the date of dispatch in sales between customers of the European Economic Area.
- TelePeças guarantees the delivery of parts up to 30 days after the date of dispatch in sales between customers located in different continents.
- The buyer may claim up to 2 hours from receipt of the part if the part is not ordered or visually damaged and has not been agreed upon in the negotiation.
- Final solution
- Agree with the seller another delivery period.
- Return of money by TelePeças.
- (We do not mediate conflicts whose negotiations are outside the Secure Payment system)
The sale process is completed by delivering the money to the seller, safeguarding the warranty.
An unrealized sale occurs when the part is not delivered to the buyer after the deadline set in the sales rules.
It also includes parts received by the buyer that do not correspond to the request in the order to the network or in the direct order to the advertisement.
In these cases the seller must, within 24 hours, request the collection of parts bearing all shipping costs and deliver the parts that were requested or return the full amount paid by the customer.
In any unsuccessful sale, TelePeças will investigate the reason for not making the sale, namely the behavior of the interveners in the respective proceeding, taking into account the responsibilities assumed by both in these terms, preparing a report informing the parties of its conclusions.
TelePeças will make available alternatives within the general stock of all sellers and if not accepted by the buyer, TelePeças will return to the buyer the full amount paid within 48h maximum. TelePeças will find out the reason why the sale did not take place, attributing to the responsible party the administrative cost of the failed sale, at a minimum cost of €5.00.
TelePeças offers Premium Sellers, Pro Sellers and Professional Pro a transport simulator according to their own transport tables and which serves as the basis for the shopping cart, order cart and budgets.
For the proper functioning of the simulator the seller must follow the following indications:
- Maintain in the transport area the average values corresponding to the weight, height, width and length tables for each part.
- When the sale results in multiple parts and volumes, the seller must enter the correct shipping sum of all parts and volumes in the shipping budget field.
TelePeças makes available to all customers who wish, a transport module that includes several carriers with various fees for the transport of goods.
This module can be used by any customer who intends to transport all and any goods (except fragile and dangerous) being responsible for the correct and adequate completion of the necessary and required elements in the form.
In the sale of the parts the responsibility for the necessary elements of the TPGo form (weight, height, length and width and type of transport) and entirely the seller, who will be responsible for any damage caused to third parties.
To be effective, this service must be paid after the award, after no later than two hours and before 6 pm (Portuguese time - Lisbon). Otherwise the collection date will change to the following day indicated in the quotation.
In addition to the above, TelePeças has the TPGo service, which will follow the rules described above.
Both parties (TelePeças and clients) declare that the agreed domicile is the one in the registers.
Users agree to receive email notifications associated with their registration, notifications and newsletters from TelePeças, Lda.
Pursuant to Law 67/98, 26/10 it is hereby informed that the data collected is intended for TelePeças, Parts Information Service, Ltd., located at Rua do Bairro nº 38, 4715-163 Braga, for the purposes of management and sending notifications and newsletters, which may be assigned to Group companies.
The collection of user identification data will be done by completing the online registration. Regardless of whether it is a legal or natural person, the provision of user identification data will be as follows:
The data collected is entered into the computer system, where it is processed and processed automatically under the terms approved by the National Data Protection Commission (CNPD), and the data is intended for the service management of TelePeças, Lda.
TelePeças, Lda makes the following commitments with users:
- TelePeças, Lda, does not sell or buy auto parts;
- Does not interfere with negotiation;
- Process data lawfully and fairly, gathering only the necessary information;
- Allowed the data subject to access and correct information about him / her;
- Keeps the data accurate and, if necessary, current;
- Guarantees the right to delete data used when requested by the holder free of charge;
- Have security mechanisms that prevent the consultation, modification, destruction or addition of data by an unauthorized person.
TelePeças, Lda aims to ensure the quality and integrity of the information provided by users, using the most advanced tools at the technological and organizational levels, in order to keep the information safe, accurate, up to date and complete.
The www.telepecas.com platform is protected by the Extended Validation SSL (EV-SSL) certificate and its servers are hosted at the PTISP Data Center.
Any changes you make will always be available at this location.
TelePeças, Lda undertakes to inform users of any changes to these terms, by email notification or through validation in the reserved area.
These General Conditions of Use are subject to Portuguese Law and for all questions arising from them the parties elect the jurisdiction of the District of Braga.
